Who you are
Proven track background in early careers recruitment and development within a high-volume capacity
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
Work in partnership with the hiring managers/HRBPs on writing role profiles
Able to create/write adverts and work with marketing as the expert
Lead on interviews questions and packs to create fairness and non-bias
Strong experience in planning and running assessment centres
Understanding of talent management and development principles
Experienced and confident in programme management of development programme
Must be a strong team player and work in partnership with the wider organisation

What the job involves
You will ensure strong relations are built across the UK business lines to nurture a pipeline of entry level talent who will be Intertek’s future successors.
You will be responsible for attracting, hiring Graduate level, Apprentices and STEM talented early-career professionals, across various specialisms.
You will refine and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy, and plan and coordinate assessment centres for Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes.
