Cheers is the #1 alcohol supplement brand in the United States.

For over a decade we've been educating people about 'smarter drinking' and providing them with products designed to support liver health & help them feel better after drinking.

1/2 of Americans drink alcohol each month. Why wouldn't there be supplements for this need state?

Mission: Bringing people together by promoting fun, responsible, & health-conscious alcohol consumption.

Vision: A world where everyone can enjoy alcohol throughout a long, healthy, & happy lifetime.

Evident in our mission & vision is the belief that alcohol can serve a beneficial role in society through its ability to bring people together. However, this role is limited to proper use – and if misused, problems will arise.

Our core goal is to promote the positives of alcohol while also decreasing its negatives, which we do through our products and educational content. Our company is not just about making money – it's about making money through bona fide products and services that will help our customers and society at large.

THE BRANDCheers is the #1 alcohol supplement brand in the US. Our products — built on a patented formulas — help your body process alcohol better and support liver health. We've been featured on Shark Tank, built a customer base of over 1 million people, and today you'll find us on shelves of over 30,000 retail locations including retailers like Target, CVS, Sam's Club, and alongside a fast-growing DTC presence on Shopify and Amazon.
We're a lean, high-energy team that runs on three values: growth, joy, and win-win-wins. We move fast, we trust each other, and we genuinely care about doing great work together. We're not done yet — not even close.
THE OPPORTUNITYWe went from $8M three years ago to a projected $50M in 2026 — built almost entirely on paid acquisition and social content. We're spending over $1.5M/month in marketing (and scaling), which means serious traffic, real data, and a large, engaged customer base.
What we haven't fully built yet is the machine to make the most of it. We haven't done significant A/B testing. We haven't optimized offers and bundles the way we know we can. CRO, offer strategy, lifecycle, and LTV have been under-invested — and we know it. We're ready to fix that, because becoming a 9-figure brand means getting this right.
We want someone who can lead this, not learn it here — someone who already has the playbook, has driven real results in ecom, CRO, and offer strategy at a strong DTC brand, and is ready to bring that experience and own it from day one. For the right person, the upside is enormous: the traffic is there, the data is there, and the low-hanging fruit is real.
THE ROLEThis is a Director-level role. You'll own conversion performance, offer strategy, lifecycle, and on-site growth across Shopify and Amazon — coordinating with design, media buying, analytics, and agency partners to drive the full customer journey from click to LTV.
🧪 CRO, Offer Strategy & Site Testing→ Own a structured CRO roadmap — prioritizing tests across PDPs, checkout, bundles, offers, upsells, subscription UX, and merchandising to drive CVR, AOV, and LTV.→ Design and test offer structures — pricing, bundles, subscriptions, upsells.→ Research leading DTC brands, translate insights into high-impact tests, connect winning paid media angles to on-site experiences.→ Brief designers and dev agency on mockups, landing page builds, and A/B variants.
🛒 Shopify Management & Site Operations→ Day-to-day Shopify management: product pages, templates, merchandising, app integrations, QA.→ Own execution of site-side promotional events — sales, seasonal campaigns, offer changes.→ Coordinate with designers and dev agency on custom builds and on-site creative execution.
📦 Amazon (Nice to Have)→ Amazon is a growing channel with real opportunity — apply CRO and offer learnings to listings, bundles, and conversion. Our Amazon agency handles media; this is the ecommerce side.
💌 Lifecycle Strategy (Nice to Have)→ We work with an email/SMS agency to manage lifecycle — you'll direct their strategy and hold them accountable against LTV, retention, and revenue goals. Deep lifecycle expertise isn't required on day one, but a strong grasp of the metrics is.
📊 Analytics & Reporting→ Report on CVR, AOV, LTV, checkout progression, subscription conversion, and ecommerce KPIs across Shopify and Amazon.→ Comfortable working across modern analytics tools — the specific stack matters less than the analytical mindset.→ Over time, own decisions on whether and how to build this function in-house.
✅ MUST-HAVE PROFILE• 4–7 years of ecommerce experience with significant hands-on Shopify work at DTC brands — ideally at a recognized brand with real scale.• A real, proven CRO and offer strategy track record — structured tests you ran, offer experiments you owned, results you can speak to specifically.• Deep knowledge of the DTC ecosystem — you know which brands are executing well and can speak fluently about what's working right now.• Can brief designers and developers with clear, build-ready mockups and specs.• Comfortable managing agencies and direct reports, holding both accountable.• Data-driven — uses analytics to prioritize, test, and evaluate, not just report.• Owns strategy and execution in a lean environment — hits the ground running. Available during CT hours.
➕ NICE TO HAVE• Amazon ecommerce experience (CRO, offer design, listing optimization)• Lifecycle/email-SMS experience (Klaviyo preferred)• Subscription ecommerce experience• Light no-code/front-end ability (Shopify theme edits, Replo, Shogun)
✨ WHY CHEERS📈 Real growth momentum — $8M → $50M in three years, targeting $100M next, backed by $1.5M+/month in marketing.🛠 Massive upside to unlock — we drive serious traffic and have barely touched CRO or offer optimization.🌍 Fully remote — work from anywhere, CT hours, open globally.💸 Competitive compensation — we're serious about finding the right person and will pay accordingly.🚀 Own and build the function — you'll shape the team, the stack, the roadmap. Real ownership from day one — not a seat at the table, the whole table.🏪 Real brand, real credibility — the #1 alcohol supplement brand in the US, featured on Shark Tank, on shelves at Target, CVS, and Walgreens.🤝 Culture of growth, joy, and win-win-win — not words on a wall, but how we actually operate.
