  • Strong understanding of Citizenship education and the National Curriculum
  • Ability to build and manage strategic relationships
  • Experience delivering training events or projects
  • Sound knowledge of the education policy landscape
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and work some out of hours

Day to day

  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with schools MATs ITE providers and sector bodies to grow ACT’s teaching community
  • Support members with self evaluation tools curriculum improvement resources and pedagogical guidance to strengthen Citizenship education
  • Present and deliver training events and project based initiatives while coordinating ambassadors resources and stakeholder communication
