- 5+ years of experience as an email developer
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-channel CRM programs with 10MM+ subscribers
- Expertise in CSS HTML Handlebars and MJML
- Ability to deliver complex dynamic email creative
- Experience building scalable easy-to-maintain customer journeys
- Knowledge of email development and inbox best practices
- Proficiency in Iterable

Day to day
- Help bring the Babylist experience to our audience via email push SMS and message center messages
- Ensure our messages are delivered at the right time to the right user via the right channel
