Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience as an email developer
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Experience with multi-channel CRM programs with 10MM+ subscribers
  • Expertise in CSS HTML Handlebars and MJML
  • Ability to deliver complex dynamic email creative
  • Experience building scalable easy-to-maintain customer journeys
  • Knowledge of email development and inbox best practices
  • Proficiency in Iterable

  • Understands email component-driven design systems
  • Understands web standards in an HTML email environment (W3C)
  • Passionate about making measurable improvements
  • Great partner to technical and non-technical teams


What the job involves

  • Help bring the Babylist experience to our audience via email push SMS and message center messages
