Requirements

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience with email-focused asset creation
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop including layer management exports and optimization
Familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative asset creation
Experience adapting existing brand assets design libraries and campaign materials across digital channels
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Digital Media or related field or equivalent experience

Day to day

Create email-ready visual assets and layered graphics for digital campaigns.
Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets into responsive email templates.
Use Adobe Firefly to generate fresh variations while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
