- Proven experience in email marketing ideally in ecommerce
- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo
- Experience building campaigns automations and segmentation strategies
- Understanding of key email marketing metrics such as open rate click rate conversion rate revenue per recipient and retention performance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving high-performance environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically while also executing at a high standard
- Previous agency experience
- Experience with SMS marketing
- Basic understanding of copywriting design feedback and conversion strategy
- Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks
- Knowledge of deliverability best practices

Day to day
- Plan, build, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Create and improve retention flows such as welcome abandoned cart browse abandonment post-purchase winback and sunset flows.
- Analyze campaign and flow performance test ideas and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen retention and revenue.
