- 5 years of real-time embedded software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong embedded firmware development skills
- Experience with C and C++
- Experience with real-time operating systems
- Highly desirable: experience with IAR ARM development, scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Cygwin Make), revision control (subversion, git), low-level device drivers, elevator industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
