Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in embedded software development
- Experience in test driven development process and technical leadership
- Proficiency in C/C++ in embedded systems and RTOS environments
- Knowledge of Bluetooth or other wireless communication protocols and audio processing is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Day to day
- Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers in developing wearable audio products
- Drive the day-to-day activities of the engineering team to deliver high-quality products
- Utilize deep embedded software experience to drive best-in-class software design
