What the job involves

  • Support the Head of Talent & Culture (HoTC) with employee engagement and experience activities by providing efficient administration focused on coordination, data collation, and report creation. Link to other People & Culture colleagues to consider other data and activities important in the engagement and experience of our people. Coordinate and collate data from employee surveys through various engagement platforms and communicate professionally with all stakeholders to maximize participation.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Advisor on attrition and exit interview data to correlate with other analytics for insights and action planning. Coordinate data from People Operations and Organisation Development teams around performance, development, or other areas connected to the Employee Experience (EX). Produce professional and effective data packs for key stakeholders, including SMT.
  • Contribute to process improvement identification and implementation within the People & Culture team around data collation and reporting. Ensure a good selection of employee communication tools are used by working with the internal communications team to coordinate content. Support HoTC with content creation for EX initiatives and any strategic action planning initiatives from employee engagement surveys. Provide administrative support for Investors in Wellbeing accreditation and support for the delivery of new practices around employee engagement.
