- Ability to confirm mechanical completion and identify installation deficiencies
- Capability to manage an expense account of approximately $10,000
- Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal supervision

Day to day
- Build positive relationships with field employees and foster a supportive work community
- Serve as a liaison between Construction Management Human Resources and field teams to communicate concerns and updates
- Monitor attendance and safety channels gather statements and witness reports and coordinate accurate reporting to HR and Claims
