Day to day
- Builds positive relationships with field employees and helps foster a supportive working community
- Acts as a liaison between Construction Management Human Resources and field teams to coordinate communication and employee support
- Monitors attendance and EHS channels gathers statements and witness reports and helps ensure accurate reporting during illness injury and bereavement events
