  • Ability to travel intermittently
  • Ability to confirm mechanical completion and identify installation deficiencies
  • Capability to manage an expense account of about $10,000
  • Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules and short-notice assignments

Day to day

  • Builds positive relationships with field employees and helps foster a supportive working community
  • Acts as a liaison between Construction Management Human Resources and field teams to coordinate communication and employee support
  • Monitors attendance and EHS channels gathers statements and witness reports and helps ensure accurate reporting during illness injury and bereavement events
