Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Several years of human resources experience with a focus on employee relations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including discrimination harassment and wage and hour laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to conduct investigations gather evidence and make recommendations to leadership
- Experience with case management systems for tracking employee relations matters
- Ability to coach managers on performance management issues

Day to day
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints grievances and disputes with fairness and professionalism
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to mediate conflict and build workable solutions
- Conduct employee relations investigations maintain detailed records and support compliance with employment laws
- Develop and deliver training on workplace conduct conflict resolution policy awareness and performance management
- Improve morale engagement and productivity by advising leaders and promoting a positive work environment
