  • Several years of human resources experience with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including discrimination harassment and wage and hour laws

  • Strong problem solving interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to conduct investigations gather evidence and make recommendations to leadership
  • Experience with case management systems for tracking employee relations matters

Day to day

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints grievances and disputes with fairness and professionalism
