Who you are
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in employment law
Strong knowledge of employment law, settlement agreements and tribunal procedures
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of managing a busy caseload effectively
What the job involves
Handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters, with a strong bias towards advising individuals
Work on cases, advising on aspects of employment law such as Employment Rights Act 1996, Equality Act 2010 rights and claims, settlement agreements, and employment contracts, policies, and procedures
Draft, review, and advise on legal documents, including settlement agreements, contracts, policies, and tribunal pleadings
Undertake litigation and negotiating on behalf of clients, keeping up to date with new developments in employment legislation
Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
