Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A strategic finance or private equity
- Experience at a PE-backed company or fund-side
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem solving
- Clear communication with finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in parallel
- Comfort working on a remote team
- Early-stage startup experience is a plus

Day to day
- Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflows
- Become the trusted point of contact for finance teams as they expand their Aleph implementation
- Identify adoption gaps and drive usage across your customer portfolio
- Surface customer feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap
- Help make onboarding repeatable and reliable as the company scales
