Who you are
Have a deep understanding and passion for all things Salesforce including Account Engagement and Sales Cloud
Enjoy training groups of one or one hundred on Salesforce
Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and features
Possess a Salesforce Administrator certification at minimum
Have the ability to manage concurrent projects and learn new technologies quickly
Have a minimum of 2+ years prior experience working regularly with Salesforce Account Engagement and Sales Cloud

Prior consulting experience
Experience Cloud chops
Marketing Cloud experience
What the job involves
Building testing and deploying declarative and/or technical solutions to meet client needs and requirements
Training clients on how best to use the tools in their environment
Reviewing system configurations and ensuring things are working as scoped and planned
Leading Business Process Review with clients and develop testing and enablement plans to ensure alignment with client goals and the vision of the projects
Conducting training sessions with the Sercante team to share knowledge and create end user documentation
Partnering with the broader Sercante team to solution and deliver results for clients
