Requirements
- Have a deep understanding and passion for all things Salesforce including Account Engagement and Sales Cloud
- Enjoy training groups of one or one hundred on Salesforce
- Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and features
- Possess a Salesforce Administrator certification at minimum
- Have the ability to manage concurrent projects and learn new technologies quickly
- Have a minimum of 2+ years prior experience working regularly with Salesforce Account Engagement and Sales Cloud
Nice to have
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience Cloud chops
- Marketing Cloud experience
Day to day
- Building testing and deploying declarative and/or technical solutions to meet client needs and requirements
- Training clients on how best to use the tools in their environment
- Reviewing system configurations and ensuring things are working as scoped and planned
- Leading Business Process Review with clients and develop testing and enablement plans to ensure alignment with client goals and the vision of the projects
- Conducting training sessions with the Sercante team to share knowledge and create end user documentation
- Partnering with the broader Sercante team to solution and deliver results for clients
