Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 5+ years supporting IT systems or applications
- Experience with Hyland OnBase and OpenText Scanning
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting business applications
- Experience with application upgrades patches and access provisioning
- Experience with testing code changes and business acceptance testing
- Experience with performance monitoring tuning and capacity planning

Day to day
- Support application software and carry out upgrades using established procedures.
- Provision user and administrator access, install patches, and troubleshoot technical issues across systems and applications.
- Partner with vendors developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues monitor performance and documentation and support testing change promotion and disaster recovery planning.
