Please note, this is a home-working role for UK based applicants only.The Engineer is a technical person within Redcentric, who can deliver the business as usual activity of managed service customers whilst working alongside other engineers on service improvement activity. The role is part of a small team with a strong work ethic that operates a paid on-call rota system.

Key ResponsibilitiesActively maintain / aim towards technical certifications in relevant Microsoft productsAssist with developing solutions based on technical documentation from Technical Leads, Technical Architects and delivery managersTo actively take part in the on-call rotaTo cover BAU activity alongside service improvements.This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the role holder is expected to reasonably take on any other responsibilities required.
