Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years in data engineering analytics engineering or platform engineering roles
- 3+ years leading engineering teams with hiring performance management and delivery accountability
- Direct experience with modern data stack including cloud data warehouses preferably Snowflake transformation frameworks and orchestration tools
- Track record delivering complex data platform initiatives such as migrations consolidations or greenfield builds
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
- Ability to review code debug production issues and make sound architectural judgments

Day to day
- Build and scale a high-performing data engineering and platform team that delivers reliably
- Own day-to-day engineering operations including sprint planning delivery cadence technical quality and capacity management
- Lead technical architecture code quality DevOps and GitOps practices and production reliability across a governed data platform
- Act as the primary escalation point for blockers cross-team dependencies and delivery risks while partnering on hiring and strategic planning
