Requirements
- 3+ years leading and developing software engineers
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps SRE platform infrastructure or software engineering
- Strong experience operating production systems in a major cloud environment preferably AWS
- Proven experience designing and operating modern build and deploy pipelines
- Experience with logging metrics and alerting stacks such as Datadog Grafana CloudWatch ELK or OpenSearch
- Experience with Terraform Pulumi or equivalent infrastructure as code tools
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration such as Docker Kubernetes or ECS
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive execution across teams

Day to day
- Lead and develop a DevOps team by hiring mentoring and growing engineers while setting high standards and ownership
- Own platform reliability across CI/CD deployment and runtime infrastructure with measurable SLOs and stronger incident response
- Build self-service tooling automation and release engineering improvements that reduce toil increase velocity and support secure scalable delivery
- Partner with Security Product and application teams to improve observability infrastructure as code and secure-by-default operating practices
