Requirements
- 5+ years managing infrastructure platform SRE or DevOps teams with prior IC experience in one of those disciplines
- Experience running an on-call rotation with clear ownership useful runbooks and meaningful alerts
- Experience hiring and growing senior engineers including direct feedback and performance management
- Strong production cloud experience with depth in at least one major hyperscaler provider AWS GCP or Azure
- Strong experience in CI/CD and identity and access management
- Ability to set roadmap priorities under pressure including saying no and sequencing deferred work
- Comfort operating across teams and partnering with product engineering operations and finance

Day to day
- Lead a 5-8 engineer Infrastructure team that powers cloud accounts networking security CI/CD deployment tooling observability and developer experience.
- Translate company goals into a practical infrastructure roadmap that balances reliability platform investment security improvements and urgent product unblocker requests.
- Own people leadership cross-team alignment and operational health while staying hands-on enough to review architecture debug risks and strengthen incident response practices.
