Who you are

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong project management skills with comfort in management practices
• Experience with .NET ecosystem
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures algorithms asynchronous programming and memory management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff and having constructive conversations with team members
• Ability to write understandable testable code with maintainability in mind
• Experience leading high-functioning productive teams

Desirables

• Windows desktop or native application development experience
• Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Experience with Windows Forms (WinForms) development

• Lead a small to mid-sized team focusing on project management and team productivity
• Track team's efficiency and quality of work adjusting processes to ensure timely delivery
