Day to day
- Lead a squad of engineers and shape the team culture, performance, and delivery outcomes.
- Own people management activities including 1:1s feedback career development and performance reviews.

- Partner with product design people and engineering leaders to align priorities and strengthen cross-functional execution.
- Create space for AI-assisted development practices and modern workflows that improve quality and velocity.
