- BA/BS Degree and 7+ years experience with software development
- 3+ years technical team management experience
- 3+ years in cloud computing and network security
- Foundation in application security and Linux internals
- Prior experience with Kubernetes ecosystems

- Proven experience leading strong engineering teams
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers globally
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners
Day to day
- Lead a team developing run-time security agents for Linux-based workloads using eBPF technology
- Manage AI engineers to deliver innovative products
- Work with Hypershield Engineering, Chief Architect, Product Management, and Control Plane teams to define and influence roadmaps
