Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Node.js or similar modern programming language
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework
- Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage and scale engineering teams
- Strong mentoring and talent development skills
- Ability to solve complex technical problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Lead a fullstack engineering team responsible for ClickUp's flagship products and core APIs.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance across frontend and backend work, with a strong focus on architecture, design, and best practices.
- Drive new feature development while improving performance, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across the Tasks platform.
