Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering technical delivery or engineering management
- Strong technical foundation across mobile backend services APIs and data pipelines
- Proven experience delivering complex custom software projects with fixed timelines and customer commitments
- Demonstrated ability to manage engineering resources and conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering customer-specific or study-based software solutions preferred
- Experience in regulated or quality-controlled environments preferred
- Prior people management experience leading engineers or cross-functional technical teams preferred

Day to day
- Lead and deliver custom CGM study builds across mobile backend and data platforms
