- 1+ year in management position

- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment

- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make pragmatic decisions
- Experience building or operating complex customer-facing web applications
- Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and performance considerations
- Experience contributing to shared platform components developer tooling or design systems
- Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced product-driven organizations
