Day to day
- Lead engineering people management, growth, and performance with a strong focus on coaching and feedback
- Shape prioritization and team direction so engineers work on the most impactful customer problems
- Build the engineering function from scratch by creating hiring pipelines, team structure, career frameworks, and rituals
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and external partners while using AI as leverage to ship improvements
