Requirements

3+ years managing software engineering teams
5+ years software development experience in modern object-oriented languages
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Strong foundation in systems programming or distributed systems
Hands-on coding ability with debugging testing and production contributions
Strong understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals
Experience designing and shipping large-scale production systems
Solid architectural skills with implementation experience
Track record of delivering across multiple ship cycles
Experience in DevOps CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams or orgs
