Day to day
- Overseeing and driving the success of Product Squads at Glean
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to align business goals and technical strategy
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring high performing engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Hiring process
- Screening interview with Recruitment team (30 minutes)
- First stage interview with hiring manager and colleague (30 minutes) plus a 40-minute task
- 1-hour technical interview with CTO
- Final stage interview with hiring manager and Executive Team
