  • Deep knowledge of Software Development Methodologies

What the job involves

  • Overseeing and driving the success of Product Squads at Glean
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to align business goals and technical strategy
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring high performing engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Application process

  • Screening interview with Recruitment team (30 minutes)
  • First stage interview with hiring manager and colleague (30 minutes) plus a 40-minute task
  • 1-hour technical interview with CTO
  • Final stage interview with hiring manager and Executive Team
