Day to day
- Lead a team of 3-4 software engineers to deliver quality features and products on time.
- Validate that shipped work actually functions for customers and operators, not just that it is completed.
- Foster a build test learn culture by shipping practical MVPs iterating on feedback and staying effective amid ambiguity.
- Promote fluid cross stack collaboration reduce hand offs and champion strong engineering practices while adapting processes as AI changes team throughput.
