Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 2 years in engineering management or team lead role
- Hands-on depth in Go Python or TypeScript
- Working familiarity with the other stack languages or ability to learn quickly
- Practical experience with modern AI technologies and evaluation of non-deterministic systems
- Experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
- Proven performance management and engineer development experience
- Experience shipping and operating distributed services in production
- Comfort with relational data modeling and SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team across backend services AI/ML engineering and frontend product development
- Own people process and technical direction while connecting delivery to meaningful healthcare outcomes
- Guide architecture reviews evaluation practices and operational excellence for AI-powered prior authorization workflows
- Partner closely with Product Clinical and leadership teams to translate regulatory and clinical requirements into scalable technical plans
