Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong background and technical capabilities in SaaS architectures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead the iterative design and implementation process

  • Recruit hire and mentor high performing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills
  • Oversee the delivery of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Build strong relationships with team members and across functions
  • Enhance team efficiency and product quality by refining engineering processes and following best practices
  • Ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy and architecture
