Who you are

• 3+ years managing product-oriented engineering teams
• 4+ years with UI technologies including TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Development experience in Java/Kotlin
• Hands-on development ability
• 4+ years with SQL and database concepts
• Experience with Next.js a plus
• Experience working with UI/UX designers
• Experience with UNIX for navigation, debugging, and data manipulation
• Experience with scripting languages
• Exceptional people skills for mentoring, guiding, scaling, delegating
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience with SVN/GIT for managing release cycles
• Experience with AGILE methodologies ensuring sprint priorities
