- 3+ years managing product-oriented engineering teams
- 4+ years with UI technologies including TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Development experience in Java/Kotlin

- Experience with UNIX for navigation, debugging, and data manipulation

- Experience with SVN/GIT for managing release cycles
- Experience with AGILE methodologies ensuring sprint priorities

Day to day
- Lead a talented engineering team while diving into full stack development
- Oversee our high-volume ad server, optimize how creatives move through our platform, and create new integrations
