Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex LWC Visualforce Flows and platform architecture patterns
- Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX or similar deployment tooling
- Familiarity with project management and delivery tracking tools such as Linear Jira or equivalent
- Ability to context-switch between hands-on coding and management responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause diagnosis ability
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort with delivery accountability including targets metrics and public ownership of outcomes
- Business-minded engineering leader focused on revenue and client value
- Independent and self-directed in a remote environment

Day to day
- Lead a team of product developers and own end-to-end engineering execution for the Aurora product.
- Write and review production-quality Salesforce code while troubleshooting complex platform issues and improving delivery quality.
- Partner with Product and Professional Services to shape technical architecture create implementation frameworks and accelerate client and ARR-focused outcomes.
