Requirements
- 7+ years building web applications across multiple languages and environments
- 3+ years technical leadership for an application development team
- Proven record of leading engineering teams and delivering quality projects
- Strong project management and product lifecycle skills
- Experience mentoring engineers technically and professionally
- Ability to partner with Product Design QA SRE and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices including code review testing CI/CD agile delivery and operational ownership
- Basic working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP and how cloud services support hosting APIs storage security monitoring and scalability
- Familiarity with AI tools used in engineering workflows
- Ability to evaluate AI-assisted output with sound engineering judgment including quality security privacy and maintainability
- High autonomy and responsibility
- Scrappy get-stuff-done attitude
- Proactive ownership and ability to move quickly
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
