Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong individual contributor foundation
- 3+ years of direct people management experience or equivalent tech lead ownership
- Track record launching and operating full stack production-scale projects with strict SLOs
- Deep knowledge of identity access management and developer-focused security products
- Proficiency in Go Python or a similar language for code review and technical discussion
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure including GCP or equivalent serverless platforms and Terraform
- AI-native instincts with experience using AI coding assistants

Day to day
- Lead frontend and backend work across account management and identity services, delivering reliable systems for customers and internal engineers.
- Architect secure backend platforms using modern design patterns and technologies while balancing technical depth with hands-on leadership.
- Partner with Product Security UX and Design to shape a roadmap for evolving customer needs including AI agents and developer-facing use cases.
