Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering management experience with consistent on-time delivery
- Experience managing engineers on production AI/ML or LLM-integrated systems
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication skills across written verbal async and sync settings
- Ability to build trusted relationships with Product counterparts
- Enough technical depth to understand the team’s work and spot issues
- Startup experience with high ownership expectations is a plus

Day to day
- Lead a small engineering team across platform infrastructure and AI-powered product work, driving clear priorities and consistent delivery.
- Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution accountability while keeping Product closely aligned.
- Coach engineers through direct feedback, remove blockers quickly, and help the team scale by reducing silos and single points of failure.
