Requirements
- 5+ years experience in knowledge engineering.
- 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
- 2+ years as a knowledge engineering manager.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Extensive background in building and deploying knowledge graphs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of leveraging ML, NLP, and LLMs.
- Experience with graph embeddings and vectorization.
- Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
Day to day
- Lead a small team of knowledge and data engineers.
- Hands-on tasks including coding, data modelling, system design, and building data pipelines.
- Drive execution of the technical roadmap and ensure alignment on technical solutions.
