Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders

Lead day-to-day engineering delivery across multiple client projects and keep work moving from requirements through deployment.
Coordinate sprint planning prioritize timelines manage releases and unblock developers while improving documentation and delivery consistency.
Serve as a technical bridge for customers and internal stakeholders oversee AWS deployments QA and production reliability and contribute hands-on when needed.
