Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years leading high-performing engineering teams
- Proficiency in a server-side language preferably Golang
- Strong backend fundamentals including APIs databases caching and distributed architectures
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS GCP Azure or bare metal
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product design and business
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and excellent communication
- Autonomous self-starting mindset with a low-ego team-first attitude

Day to day
- Lead a product squad delivering mission-critical cloud platform systems that power Mistral's infrastructure.
- Work hands-on across architecture design system design coding and technical decisions to set a high technical standard.
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize roadmap items scope initiatives and deliver reliable scalable features with business impact.
