- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
- Healthcare payer experience in at least one domain
- Working knowledge of HIPAA
- Experience with EDI 270/271 278 835/837
- Strong with Azure services and API management
- Experience with Kafka and REST FHIR GraphQL SOAP
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle
- Knowledge of Facets or similar core admin systems

Day to day
- Leads architecture for a business domain and guides Agile PODs to deliver secure scalable solutions.
- Translates business capabilities into target state architectures transition roadmaps and architecture runway artifacts.
- Produces solution blueprints and supports threat modeling privacy resilience and standards-driven design across Azure and healthcare platforms.
