Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 12+ years software engineering experience with 7+ years in architecture or technical leadership
- Deep expertise in distributed systems service-oriented architectures and cloud-native applications
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core C# React or Angular and Azure services
- Strong understanding of microservices DDD EDD CQRS and scalability engineering
- Proven ability to influence without authority across product and engineering organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across distributed teams and time zones
- Experience producing architecture documentation and diagrams and mentoring engineering teams
Day to day
- Provide architectural direction and design guidance to engineering teams across time zones
- Design scalable secure resilient maintainable systems using modern architectural principles
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear diagrams documentation and written guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with product engineering leadership and technical leads to align architecture with business strategy
- Participate in design reviews solution walkthroughs architecture reviews mentoring and community of practice activities
