Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information technology
- 5+ years focused on Salesforce in large multi-cloud enterprise environments
- Proven matrixed influence and conflict resolution without direct reporting lines
- Experience presenting to or serving on an Enterprise Architecture Board
- Proficiency with Architectural Decision Records ADRs
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns including event-driven architecture middleware and APIs
- Understanding of data encryption compliance laws and SOX financial regulatory standards
- Willingness to travel 10 to 20 percent for planning sessions and leadership meetings
- Must be US-based

Day to day
- Define and standardize integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP HCM and ServiceNow using event-driven architecture
- Serve as the Salesforce representative on the Enterprise Architecture Board and influence strategic decisions across the enterprise
- Lead design for global identity user permissions and zero-trust security frameworks while maintaining data compliance and governance
- Align Salesforce platform strategy with business goals mentor technical teams and drive consensus across complex matrixed organizations
