Requirements

  • Proven experience in evaluating and implementing Enterprise platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of leading enterprise CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • In-depth knowledge of custom or semi-homegrown app-based solutions, especially using platforms like Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience and understanding of challenges involved in rapidly “scaling up” businesses
  • Ability to provide clear, objective, and strategic advice based on our specific business needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and custom development platforms
  • Ability to work independently and deliver a high-impact consulting report within a short timeframe

Day to day

  • Work with Director of MIS & IT to provide strategic advice and develop options for a robust platform or integrated solution to support multiple key functions
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of our current and future needs
  • Evaluate advantages and disadvantages of Off-the-Shelf Enterprise CRMs and Semi-Homegrown Solutions
  • Provide unbiased recommendations on two best approaches with pros and cons of each
  • Present an implementation roadmap based on selected approach
