- Ability to navigate customer data architecture without being a hands-on practitioner

- Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer data architecture marketing workflows and business goals
- Design and deliver tailored product demos and architectural solutions across Hightouch products
- Run end to end proof-of-concept engagements and validate outcomes to close complex enterprise deals
- Build trusted technical relationships with data engineers architects marketing technologists and executive stakeholders
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape go to market strategy for emerging AI and agentic products
