Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business administration or related discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in program management or project management in a business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large complex projects and programs
  • Strong analytical organizational and planning skills
  • Strong human relations and communications skills
  • Understanding of business management and operational supply chain management
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with leadership
  • Experience with finance leaders IT teams and executive stakeholders
  • Knowledge of budgeting forecasting financial reporting and finance transformation
  • Experience with systems implementation such as SAP Oracle Workday Adaptive or Power BI
  • Experience with project delivery risk management issue resolution and governance
  • Experience with reporting and analytics including BI dashboards KPI reporting and data transformation initiatives
  • Experience with business requirements process redesign and workshop facilitation
  • Experience leading distributed teams and managing cross functional workstreams

Day to day

  • Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs across multiple business domains with strong rigor and visibility

  • Influence senior leaders with fact based insights reports and presentations to drive business decisions and measurable outcomes
