Who you are

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience and/or customer facing engineering support required.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Azure OKTA OIDC AWS RDS and Networking Fundamentals desirable.

What the job involves

  • Serves as a senior member of our Enterprise team effectively answering difficult telephone and email queries from customers.
  • Partners with Account Development & Technical Account Managers to handle high impact issues and develop technical solutions.
  • Takes ownership of technical issues from initial report to resolution.
  • Acts as an escalation resource and project manager for complex customer issues.
  • Sets up test environments to verify reported software bugs and documents findings for escalation.
  • Advocates for customer needs and communicates effectively with Engineering team.
  • Communicates with IT AD and DBA Administrators and participates in On-call rotation.
