Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Foundational software development knowledge from academic studies internships co-ops or professional experience
- Strong interest in DevOps cloud technologies automation and modern software delivery practices
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud computing concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and software release management processes
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Bicep or ARM templates
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a team environment
Nice to have
- Hands-on Azure experience
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Docker and Kubernetes familiarity
- .NET exposure
- Chef familiarity
- Azure issue resolution experience
- Backstage.io exposure
- Cloud automation experience
Day to day
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Assist with cloud infrastructure provisioning deployment automation and environment management in Azure.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes monitoring and operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot deployment infrastructure and application issues to help ensure timely releases and stable platforms.
- Contribute to automation initiatives infrastructure-as-code work and containerized application environments.
