Day to day

  • Act as a chargeable resource for projects
  • Move into chargeable project governance delivery roles for key projects
  • Mentor EPM resources to ensure high-standard delivery
  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals for prospective clients
  • Assess and analyse technical risk for fixed price fixed scope projects
  • Support best practices and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop new business strategies
  • Support FinSol Practice Lead in team management and recruitment
  • Ensure alignment of practice structure with company-wide goals
