- 10 years experience in ERP as a Solution or Technical Architect or Technical or Functional Lead
- Experience owning end-to-end solution scope across a complex high-integration enterprise ecosystem
- Experience with modernisation initiatives such as cloud migration modularisation and API-driven architecture
- Strong stakeholder management across divisions and regions
- Ability to facilitate alignment workshops and architectural decisions
- Ability to influence without authority and drive standardisation
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating clarity
- Strong communication skills for decision papers options and recommendations
- Skilled in documenting architecture artefacts for business and technical audiences
- Experience with DDD modular monoliths microservices and API gateways
- Experience with scalability resilience observability DR and SLAs
- Experience managing architecture deliverables and dependencies in Azure DevOps

Day to day
- Own end-to-end technical architecture across a complex D365 ecosystem spanning ERP integration data and regional applications.
- Define and govern target-state blueprints integration maps NFRs and technical roadmaps that keep solutions scalable secure and standardised.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on scope boundaries dependencies delivery decisions and architectural guardrails across multiple teams and systems.
